Chapter 1725: Miss Nice Girl (88)

"It wouldn't be fair to our other customers if we broke the rules just because of one person."

"And who are you?"

"I'm the manager of this store," Yun Juan answered calmly, neither humble nor overbearing.

When she had first encountered situations like this, she had been nervous and afraid.

But after resolving them with ease time and time again, she had come to understand that neither Tang Guo nor Baili Sheng were ordinary people.

As a result, over the past two years, she had become much more confident in handling such matters.

After all, there were quite a few customers who had already been blacklisted by her boss.

The young woman frowned. "Just call your boss out first. Maybe she'll agree."

"I'm sorry, miss, but our boss isn't here. If you wish to see her, there's only one way—make an appointment online for a nail session." Yun Juan's tone was firm and gave the young woman no face at all. Even the middle-aged man beside her felt embarrassed.

"I advise you to pass on a message to your boss. Otherwise, the consequences won't be something you can bear."

"Whether we tell our boss or not, anyone who wants to see her must make an appointment. Please respect our shop's rules. If you're dissatisfied with our service, then you're welcome to go elsewhere."

The customers currently getting their nails done were all regulars.

Hearing Yun Juan's words, they didn't find anything strange.

They had witnessed scenes like this several times already. These people always thought that just because they had money and influence, they had nothing to fear.

Did they really think the Nail Master could be seen whenever they wished? They themselves had come countless times and had never once met her.

Especially now that Tang Guo was accepting fewer and fewer orders, they were honestly afraid that one day she might stop doing nails altogether.

Yun Juan's attitude completely enraged the young woman and her companion.

"Honey, do you see this? Is this any way to run a business?" The woman tugged at the arm of the pot-bellied middle-aged man. "I think a nail salon with this kind of service attitude shouldn't continue operating."

The man was also irritated. He immediately took out his phone and called his friend, recounting what had happened.

"Old Huang, I think you shouldn't renew the lease for this place. Look at how arrogant they are. What business do they have being in the service industry? They don't take customers seriously at all."

"Xiaoqi simply came here because of their reputation and wanted to get her nails done. She politely asked to meet the owner, and who would've thought these employees would act so high and mighty, with their noses practically in the air? I don't think a shop like this should continue to exist. You'd be better off renting it to someone else."

Listening to the middle-aged man's words, the young woman curled her lips into a smug smile and shot Yun Juan and the employees a disdainful glance.

Yet, completely contrary to her expectations, Yun Juan and the others merely wore expressions that seemed to say, "Suit yourself."

It nearly twisted her mouth in anger.

"It's nothing important. It'll be resolved soon. Everyone, continue doing the customers' nails carefully and don't lose focus. If you ruin someone's nails and waste their time, that wouldn't be good."

"Understood, Manager. We'll be careful."

Hearing the exchange between Yun Juan and the employees, the young woman's face was filled with astonishment and anger.

They clearly weren't taking her seriously at all.

Meanwhile, the middle-aged man's expression changed slightly—not because of Yun Juan's words, but because of what the friend on the other end of the phone had just said.

"Old Xu, what gives you the right to tell me not to rent the place to Miss Tang?" Boss Huang said speechlessly."
