๐ŸŒŸ A New Translation Is Coming!

Hello little beauties♡

I have a little announcement for you all. ๐Ÿ‘€

I'm planning to pick up a second translation project very soon!

And, uh... I may have slightly underestimated what I've gotten myself into because this novel is a monster of over 5,000 chapters. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yes. You read that right.

Over. Five. Thousand.

Considering that Villain Husband, Please Let Go is already over 2,500 chapters long and that alone is intimidating enough, looking at this new one is... mildly terrifying. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

The good news is that I've already completed most of the translation, so I'm not starting from Chapter 1 with 5,000 chapters staring me down. There is still some editing to do, of course, because apparently translating thousands upon thousands of chapters wasn't enough work already. ๐Ÿ‘ฝ

But honestly, the reason I really want to take this one on is because I absolutely adore this novel.

I've read two works by this author so far, and I absolutely loved both of them. There's something about the way she writes her protagonists that I really appreciate.

They're incredibly powerful, unreasonable, chaotic, or just maybe even downright unhinged—and yet their personalities actually make sense.

They're not arrogant simply because the story needs an OP protagonist to be arrogant. Their quirks, their reactions, their strange little habits or insistence and even the way they approach different situations all feel like they come from an actual personality.

And that's something I really value in a protagonist.

As someone who loves OP main characters, I've come to accept that character development can sometimes be a bit of a trade-off. When your protagonist starts out already ridiculously powerful and completely confident in themselves, there isn't necessarily much room for the traditional "becoming stronger and growing as a person" kind of development.

Usually, the development I get is more along the lines of becoming more emotionally connected, developing relationships, becoming more understanding or humane, and so on.

But this novel manages to give its characters other kinds of development as well, and that's one of the things I really love about it.

Anyway, before I ramble about this novel for another five paragraphs...

I'm hoping to start working on it very soon, probably within the next few days OR tomorrow (really depends on what today looks like tbh)๐Ÿ˜
